Also at Van Hessen we strictly follow the governmental advice and have taken the necessary measures.
Starting Monday March 16th, we have a minimum occupancy in the office, ensuring that the helpdesk of our various product groups is always staffed. Other employees work from home whenever possible. Our support departments therefore remain available through the usual channels. We do whatever possible to honor the agreements made in the SLAs, as long as this is does not jeopardize our employee's safety.
The compulsory closure of the restaurants, the voluntary closure of many hotels and the impossibility to travel means that the majority of our projects were postponed until further notice. Scheduled on-site work at the customer can continue if it can be carried out in safe conditions. For obvious reasons, we are currently cancelling face-to-face training courses, whenever possible a remote training session with video conference can be set up.
Changed circumstances will force us to adjust us whatever and whenever necessary. We will certainly keep you informed of any adjustments. In the meantime, we wish everyone a lot of strength and a good health.
